Hello, I’m Liz Franklin. I’m a freelance Events Director with over 15 years global experience with a focus in medical and digital communications. I hold a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University. Other sectors include automotive, telecommunications and academia.
I’m enthusiastic and versatile with an exceptional eye for detail and am motivated by delivering successful events. Identifying the significance of modern technology and its ever-changing developments whilst remaining sympathetic to industry needs. What works well and how to enhance the delegate experience whilst meeting clients’ requirements. Focus on iPad functionality and content development for large standalone meetings.
Managing communications with delegates/ KOLs/ speakers/clients. Recognising the importance of clear and concise communications to ensure efficient management of all attendees pre and post event.
Providing support both in a management or supporting role. I strive to add value, trouble-shoot, be flexible and reliable whilst on-site and most importantly enjoy it!
